 Cabinets are all steel using .047 (18 ga.) for sides, top, back, and doors, .060 (16 ga.) for bottom, and .075 (14 ga.) for load-bearing posts and door frame members. The door frames are fusion welded for rigidity. Top is water tight.
Cabinets
will have a recessed toespace at least 2.5" high
with provision for levelling the back corners of
the cabinet from the front without penetrating the
airtight envelope.
Doors
will be 1.25" thick with locking flush handles
which close the door firmly against a silicone
gasket. The gasket is mechanically attached. Hinges
are continuous from the top to the bottom of the
door. The door will open a full 180 degrees and lie
flat against adjacent cabinets. Filter vents are
installed on the inside face of each door to allow
fresh air to circulate within the cabinets. Vents
are adaptable for filtering air through activated
charcoal as well as for complete
closure.
Non-reactive,
solvent-free, baked polyester powder coating. Color
per customer selection. All corners are rounded and
exposed edges deburred prior to finishing
process.
